Abstract: The interest of conceptual and software reuse is not any more to show: saving of time and cost, improvement of quality... It is essential now in Requirements Engineering (RE) in particular because of the frequent evolution of requirements. However, its practical application requires a transformation of working methods: (1) constitution of a library of components and (2) analysis guided by the reuse of components. Among the various vectors of components, the patterns are a privileged solution. The development of our language of patterns Requirements Diagnosis illustrates the transmission of a know-how in analysis of requirements. Its application shows how the analyst is guided in a flexible way to identify the problems and assets of the legacy system, to analyze the finalities of the organization and to identify its requirements.
