Recently a requirements analyst said that he was far too busy to read anything except technical books and articles?after all, isn?t that how we improve our skill? But requirements are concerned with much more than technical solutions, and building successful products depends on being able to broadly view the world and the people in it. The author explains how this exogenous attitude enhances our requirements skills.
