SCAN-Based Compression-Encryption-Hiding for Video on Demand July/September 2003 (vol. 10 no. 3) pp. 79-87
We present a SCAN-based method for image and video compression-encryption-hiding with application to digital video-on-demand. The software SCAN implementation running on a Pentium IV takes about one second for 25 video frames. As an alternative solution, however, we have developed a FPGA-based architecture, which operates in real-time.
