Online criminals are learning new tricks. Using craftier techniques, more Web scam artists are grabbing consumers' personal and financial data this year than ever before. One popular new scheme, called "phishing" or "spoofing," targets unsuspecting consumers with emails and bogus Web sites purported to be from established companies.
