Fees and Registration
 
The CSDA examination registration fee has two components: the registration fee, which is nonrefundable and nontransferable, and the examination fee. All fees must be paid in US dollars, and checks must be drawn from a US bank.

WHO SHOULD REGISTER
 

Registrant Guidelines

Although there are no specific qualifications required for candidates, the examination was designed to be suitable for persons with the following background:

  • Recent software or computer engineering graduates with less than 3 years programming experience
  • Under-graduates who are in their third or final year of earning bachelor degree in software or computer engineering programs
  • Non-degree professional with more than 2 years of programming experience
  • Software or computer engineering certificate holders with more than 2 years experience
