General Call for Papers
IEEE Design & Test of Computers seeks original submissions on current and near-future practice in the design and test of electronic-products hardware and supportive software. Topics include but are not limited to the following:
- Design for manufacturability and yield
- System-on-chip design and test
- Embedded test solutions
- Design validation, verification, and silicon debug
- Reconfigurable and embedded systems
- Low-power chip and system design
- Analog and mixed-signal test
- System specification and modeling
- Emerging technologies in chip design
- Hardware trust and secure ICs
