IEEE Computer Society invites students to participate in student branch chapter webinars to learn valuable strategies for planning your career in computing and information technology fields of interest.  In late March, the University of South Florida’s Student Chapter Chair organized the first broadcast session on the Software Engineering Body of Knowledge (SWEBOK) presented by Distinguished Lecturer Dr. Robert Dupuis of the University of Quebec in Montreal.

Chapter Chair Himanshu Thapliyal noted,“These webinars will become an important way to connect and share information with IEEE's computer engineering, computer science, and IT students across campuses worldwide. I would like to thank Dr. Rangachar Kasturi, chapter officer Saurabh Kotiyal, volunteers, staff of IEEE and IEEE Computer Society for their help in making this event successful. Thanks to DVP speaker Dr. Dupuis and Society President Sorel Reisman for their participation in the event.”

If you would like to participate in upcoming IEEE Computer Society chapter webinars, please email John Daniel to add you to the invitation list.
