Quipnet is a "virtual", educational organization, with the use of Internet's simplest tools has been acquiring valuable experiences since the latter part of 1995. We have presented virtual seminars in cooperation with UN-IDNDR (United Nations- International Decade for Natural Disasters Reduction); have established communication networks with rural areas in Peru, allowing us to help the victims of disasters ; have used same networks to build "bridges" to embrace needy schools; and have sponsored virtual, Writing Contests among the schools of Peru, involving students, teachers, schools and city officials.
