However, mobile requirements engineering tools are a new idea, and little is known about their advantages and weaknesses. This article reports on workplace use of mobile requirements tools for PDAs. Results from several studies reveal six lessons learned for using mobile tools in requirements engineering that practitioners can adapt and use in their work. This article is part of a special issue on stakeholders in requirements engineering.
