Teaching Distributed Multidisciplinary Software Development

Based on actual experience, we present an innovative teaching method for software development in distributed multi-disciplinary environments similar to those found in industry. The case study describes a project developed by teams of students from multiple departments and universities. The process used and lessons learned are reported.
