Process Knowledge Management with Traceability

As the glue that links fragmented sources of knowledge, traceability helps create, store, retrieve, transfer and apply process knowledge in software development organizations. Drawing from a large empirical study, we present examples on the role of traceability in facilitating critical knowledge management processes.
