We share the mission of our parent organization,
the IEEE: To foster technological innovation and excellence for the benefit of
humanity. We are proud to count many of the most prominent researchers and
industry leaders in the field among our members and volunteers.
The IEEE Computer Society promotes an active
exchange of information, ideas, and technological innovation. Each year we
sponsor hundreds of conferences. We publish 14 applications-oriented magazines
and 12 research-oriented journals. Our certification programs feed the demand
for fully trained, competent software developers. The IEEE Computer Society is
also known throughout the world as the leader in developing technology

With more and more employers seeking certified software developers, the IEEE Computer Society proudly announces the Certified Software Development Associate (CSDA) program.
The IEEE Computer Society is proud to offer professional certification for
software development professionals. CSDA is intended for entry-level software developers. CSDP
is for experienced software engineers.
