The Analogy Between Electrical Networks and Flowcharts
July 1980 (vol. 6 no. 4)
pp. 391-394
A.C. Davies, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, The City University
A recently proposed analogy between discrete systems and flowcharts is discussed. It is pointed out that the analog of Kirchhoff's voltage law does not apply to flowcharts, and that the analogy is likely to be of limited value as an aid to program analysis.
