In [ ¹ ], which appeared in the November/December 2009 issue of IEEE TVCG (volume 15, number 6, pp. 1291-1298), there were typos in (17) and (18). The correct version of these equations are below:

Note that all images and results shown in the paper and provided in the supplemental materials were produced using the correct equations.
