With the enormous growth in networks and related technologies, a number of colleges and universities worldwide have increasingly published their course materials on the web servers. Websites that allow users to learn and access at their on pace are attracting the interest of website designers and researchers. This paper describes an online pedagogy to help students and teachers learn to handle their difficulty. It proposed some suggestions to overcome problems faced by both students and teachers/tutors. Finally, an effective website that is based on the suggestions is developed.
