According to the fact that the poor construction performance and durability problems are mainly caused by elasticity cushion in ballastless track slab, a new elasticity cushion with fiber reinforced foamed urethane (FFU) is designed that different from cement emulsified asphalt mortar (CAM) CRTS II elasticity cushion and CRTS I elastic cushion. Then the new elasticity cushion in track slab 3D models are built by using ANSYS software, the stress, deformation of new elasticity cushion are comparative analyzed with CRTS II elasticity cushion and CRTS I elastic cushion under combination of train and temperature loading. The results showed that the stress and deformation of new elasticity cushion are similar with CRTS II elasticity cushion, and satisfy track slab design requirement under combination of train and temperature loading. The problems of poor construction performance and poor durability of elasticity cushion could effectively improved by the new elasticity cushion.
