Physical interest is the mental tendency of students to actively get to know and give priority to the participation in physical learning or physical training and one of the basic momentums for students to take part in physical activities. It is also the important factor to affect students’ awareness and enthusiasm to take part in physical training in the physical education of school. This paper analyzed the physiological and mental factors for female college students’ being inactive in physical training, gave feasible suggestions and raised relevant strategies to enhance the physical training for senior female college students. This paper aims to change the passivity of female college students in physical training hopping to improve their physical constitution.
