On the basis of describing the course optimization model of the island goods transport, it proposes the improved immune genetic algorithm. We apply a new touring route encoding method and heuristic mutation operator based on the triangle shown, niche technique to improve the immune algorithm. The experimental result indicates that the immune genetic algorithm performance has obvious advancement after being improved.
