MEMS Gyroscope is a kind of micro Electro-Mechanical integrative system, which can survey the direction of carrier very conveniently, but the zero-bias stability is the enormous limit of Gyroscope performance. In the first section of this paper wavelet analysis and multi-scale analysis has been introduced and compared, and then we applied multi-scale analysis to particle filtering, eventually the method of multi-scale particle filtering was invented. The conflict between particle density and interval was well solved since particle was produced in dynamic interval by this method which both extended particle interval and increased its density. The experimental result indicated that, this method quite is simple and practical feasible way, and may obviously enhance the zero-bias stability of MEMS Gyroscope.
