This work considers a methodology to represent medical knowledge about radiological images in order to support medical experts in the interpretation of such images. For this reason they need to express their knowledge in such a way that it can be accessed by the computer. For this purpose a medical language is created that has several levels in order to bridge the gap between computer and human language. Som discussion about validation takes place.
