The goal of this paper is to offer a detailed analyze for human resource quality indicators, based on a human resource model — as a process. We present several minimum abilities and transferable abilities in recruitment, management and promoting process. We establish a balance of human action quantitative analysis based on Barseghyan assumption. Our case study was focused on services companies.
