As in economic markets, price stability is a major concern in peer-to-peer resource markets. In this paper, we describe a model for understanding the dynamics and convergence of resource prices in a peer-to-peer resource market. We analyze and simulate the resource price dynamics to identify conditions for achieving long-term price stability.
