ABSTRACT
Mobile devices are carried along by their owners at all time, making them a great channel for people to communicate and express themselves through the Internet. As a result of this, a considerable trace of information is left, of great interest in fields that benefit from accessing collective sociological information. Users are becoming increasingly concerned about how and by whom their information is being accessed. Furthermore, processing that information is difficult since it is scattered amongst numerous social platforms. Here we present a mobile-centric computing model that allows sociological profiles of people to be generated, kept, and securely provided to others as a service. This allows device owners to be fully aware and in control of how their information is accessed and it provides a great means of representing collective sociological information.
