ABSTRACT
Shortly after the initial introduction of the Insights section of this magazine, the section's editor, Linda Rising, received an email from Julie Lobur. She liked the idea of having experienced people share their stories and offered an idea for one of her own. Her story was compelling because it was clearly based on experience and insight, in this case, improving the automation between federal government and state agencies.
