Mobile multimedia in pervasive environments often targets dynamic mobile ad hoc networks (manets) with densely populated areas of interest, difficult to serve via traditional fixed infrastructures. The authors propose an easy-to-deploy, lightweight, and self-organizing middleware for tailored multimedia delivery to mobile peers in dense manets.
