Progressive Cut: An Image Cutout Algorithm that Models User Intentions

To give users more control over image segmentation and extraction, we propose the progressive-cut algorithm, which explicitly models the user's intention in a graph-cut framework. Because we incorporate three aspects of user intention into an object cutout system, our algorithm lets users work with fewer strokes, achieving faster and more accurate visual feedback.
