<p>The Llano variant of the AMD Fusion accelerated processor unit (APU) deploys AMD Turbo CORE technology to maximize processor performance within the system's thermal design limits. Low-power design and performance/watt ratio optimization were key design approaches, and power gating is implemented pervasively across the APU.</p>
