ABSTRACT
In the fight against spam, the immediate and efficient flow of complaint feedback directly from users to mailbox providers—the feedback loop—is essential to identifying culprits and training content-scanning engines to block similar messages. Two organizations are leading the effort to standardize reporting formats.
