Executing IJTAG: Are Vectors Enough?

This paper introduces a novel way of handling dynamic IJTAG operations where control is done at the state machine level rather than as vector level. After pointing out the shortcomings of traditional approaches, it presents TISA, a comprehensive solution that lets IJTAG express its full potential.
