ABSTRACT
A new study compiles and analyzes scattered research on "the good, the bad, and the unknown" about a new work mode. While the study focused on the psychological effects of telecommuting on individuals, the authors also concluded that employers realized overall positives from offering telecommuting: However, workers' own conclusions that they were more productive were not statistically proved.
