ABSTRACT
Combining computational-science disciplines, such as in fluid-structure interaction simulations, introduces a number of problems. The authors offer a convenient and cost-effective approach for coupling computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and computational structural dynamics (CSD) codes without rewriting them.
