ABSTRACT
<p>This article describes a three-phase data access model developed under a NASA-funded project and related data systems for supporting scientific data search and access, in particular, the authors tout the use of an enhanced server (ES). They also describe a use case of ES in accessing remote multi-dimensional data sets in this article.</p>
