This column is the last one that we will do as editors. We have been editing the Computer Simulations column continuously since our first column in the July/August 1989 issue of Computers in Physics. We wish to thank all of the authors who have contributed to the column and patiently suffered through our suggestions and revisions, and the editors of Computers in Physics and Computing in Science & Engineering for their help and support. We will really miss editing the column, in part because it gave us a vehicle for learning new physics and algorithms, and in part because we could ask the authors clarifying questions that would have been too embarrassing to ask in other contexts.
