pp: 3-5
ABSTRACT
With encyclopedias, e-mail accounts, and even computers now free, it looks like 2000 might be the start of the give-away millennium. Joining the parade, the Center for Innovation in Learning (CIL) at Carnegie Mellon University now offers a free download of their newly released cT programming language and environment, version 3, directly from their Web site at cil.andrew.cmu.edu/ct.html.
